This gives your documents the legal standing they need for acceptance by courts, banks and government offices across Florida and nationwide.
Our Proven Three-Step Process:
Clients who prefer a notary to come to them can use our mobile notary service across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Coconut Creek, Parkland, Palm Beach and Deerfield Beach.
Need a remote notary in Florida? The process is straightforward from start to finish. Your document is uploaded, verified, sealed and delivered without you leaving your location.
Upload Your Documents
Select your session date and time then upload your unsigned document to our secure platform. Do not sign it before the session as Florida law requires the notary to witness your signature in real time.
Notary Seal & Signature
Your licensed Florida online notary connects via live two-way video, completes identity verification required under Chapter 117 statutes and applies the official electronic seal and signature to your document.
Download & Use
Your electronically notarized document is delivered at the close of the session. Legally sealed, state-compliant, digitally certified, and ready for submission wherever you need it.

Current bonds, insurance and every state requirement for RON practice are maintained at all times. Our team’s credentials are on file with the Florida Department of State.
We Serve You Regardless of Where You Are: Your location is not a barrier. Our online notary services for Florida clients are accessible from anywhere in the United States and internationally. Florida law requires only the notary to be physically located in Florida, not the signer.
We Practice Transparent Pricing: Florida law caps online notarial fees at $25 per act under F.S. 117.275. Additional notarial acts are $25 each and a $15 administrative fee applies per session. No hidden charges.
